Facilitation A major funder of specialized health research across Canada was interested in bringing together all its board members to work on the five year direction of the organization. The client hired QUAY to facilitate this forty person two day retreat.

The national board had a comprehensive list of objectives that it wanted the group to cover. QUAY created a detailed outline and set of parameters to ensure that all the issues would be covered in a constructive way. QUAY used a number of discussion techniques, provided a safe environment for all concerns to be aired and kept the retreat on track.

After the retreat, QUAY prepared a detailed report and summary of the conclusions drawn by the group which is now being used as a guiding document in setting the new five year directions.
