My Story
​I've always believed in the power of people. Not just as resources or roles to be filled, but as full humans with vision, complexity, and untapped brilliance.​
For over 20 years, I worked inside some of the world's Fortune 100s, private equity firms, and high-growth startups leading talent strategy, leadership development, executive coaching, and DEI initiatives across industries. I've led large-scale transformations, designed and launched world-class development programs, and coached and guided executives and leadership teams through moments of realignment, culture shift, and complexity. I learned how organizations move and stall. I learned how strategy is shaped, and how it often fails when people are treated as afterthoughts.​
I also learned what it feels like to lead while navigating profound personal challenges. My career has been marked not just by milestones, but by moments that tested everything I believed about overall health, strength, care, and purpose. Those experiences didn't sideline me; they sharpened me. They clarified what kind of leader I want to be, and the kind of legacy I want to leave.​
That clarity led me to create Quay Strategies, a boutique consultancy that helps organizations and individuals lead with intention, communicate with purpose and create cultures where people thrive. The word "quay" means a safe harbor - a structure built for connection, transition, and launch. That's what I aim to be for my clients: a trusted anchor in complexity, a launchpad for clarity and growth. ​
